Two-Tier Deck

Our customer was tasked with building a two-tier deck on a residential apartment building.

For this project, we designed the layout, structural member sizes, and necessary connections to comply with local building codes. Our engineers sized the wood beams, posts, and floor joists to not only be code-compliant but also structurally sound and safe for many years to come.

We also provided sealed construction drawings with a PE stamp for permit approval.
